Indian Rocks Beach House

The location is perfect, and the beach is peaceful and walkable from the place. The place is cozy and had all the essentials. We got to meet Ken since he lives near the place and he is a great host and lovely to talk to. We were traveling with a one-year old and he had a great time too.

Great place and perfect location. You can see the beach from the road in front of the house! Great restaurants, many within walking distance. The home itself was perfect with nicely updated kitchen and bath. Ken was a great host and we will definitely book another stay next time we are in the area!

They loved the place, the location, the cleanliness. Andy only said it was a little small for the price, but I told him when you want to stay near the beach and have the conveniences of home, it not cheap, especially in the summer when everyone wants to do the same thing. Thank you for hosting, and it was a nice two days.

My mother and I stayed here for a few nights, it was the perfect spot for us. Ken provided a cart and all of the beach gear (towels, umbrella, cooler) and it was a breeze walking to and from the beach. His house is lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. Perfect spot for a beach vacation, hope to be back soon. Ken was a lovely host.
